Project Details
This Net Zero ready home is a two-story contemporary structure built on a rock outcrop to take advantage of the views of Long Island Sound and to be above the surrounding Flood Zone. With a 1,900 sq. ft. footprint and a detached one-story garage, this efficient house required extraordinary attention to the structural design and detailing to accomplish this architectural success.
