Adjacent to an existing home, this new 4,200 square foot guesthouse, which features a glass wall, takes good advantage of the views surrounding the four-acre hillside site. The homeowners’ guests can enjoy the sleeping and living space on one side of the house and on the other side, through a covered breezeway, there is a gym. There is also a new pool which is adjacent to the home.
