TDEG provided on-call services for this award-winning and pioneering project. Burke Hospital, a place with a long history in White Plains, needed renovations and upgraded facilities in order to best serve its patients–and now the patients’ friends and family, too.
Aside from the much-talked-about Marsal Caregiver Center, The Di Salvo Engineering Group did other work to modernize Burke Hospital as well. We drew out plans for the structurally safe removal of sections of wall in the Billing Building and added 2,000 sq. ft. to the ambulatory entrance area. The existing stairwell was also beautifully reconfigured by our firm.
