Project Details
Founded in 2003 to support and promote the sport of rowing, The Greenwich Rowing Club will be enjoying a brand-new three-story building. The mixed-use building includes six residential apartments with exterior balconies and terraces on each level. The first floor of the 11,200 square foot building includes the rowing facility with a Fitness Room, Locker Rooms, Boat Storage, covered entries and an exterior deck on the waterfront.
