Project Details
The industry that stands at Annie Place in Stamford was founded in 1972 and designs and manufactures lock solutions for both residential and commercial projects. They are a “leader in sliding, pocket and barn door solutions”.
The hardware manufacturing firm has constructed a new two-story building. The lower level houses 10,000 square feet of manufacturing and material handling space while the upper level is used for receiving, warehouse and outdoor parking. The new building is connected to the main plant by a pedestrian bridge.
