Tom began his career at The Di Salvo Engineering Group and returned in 2025 as a Director Engineer after serving as a Principal at a Connecticut-based firm and designing high-rise residential towers.
With over a decade of experience, he brings strong technical expertise in modern and historic structural systems, building codes, and efficient project delivery. He specializes in fast-track projects, wood-framed residential structures, and steel-framed commercial and educational buildings.
At TDEG, Tom directs the technical standards, quality reviews, and workflow improvements to help the team deliver coordinated, high-performing designs.
