Steve has more than 20 years of structural design experience, including over 12 years specializing in temporary design for mass transit projects in New York City. He joined The Di Salvo Engineering Group (TDEG) in May 2015, bringing extensive experience in temporary shoring, support of excavation, and underpinning design.
In 2025, Steve was named a Principal and Vice President of TDEG. In these roles, he manages projects and engineering teams while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality, practical designs. He excels at developing timely and effective solutions to challenges that arise throughout the construction process.
Steve leads TDEG’s Castle Rock, Colorado, office.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys golfing, riding his motorcycle, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors. During the winter months, he enjoys snowmobiling and skiing. He is also a proud Denver Broncos fan. Go Broncos!
