Ryan came to The Di Salvo Engineering Group in 2015 with five years of experience in temporary and permanent design for mass transit projects in and around New York City. In 2025 Ryan was named a Principal and President of the company. His experience at TDEG includes design of new construction, re-use and re-purpose of existing and investigation for commercial, industrial, municipal and educational buildings and residential structures. Ryan enjoys working through complicated designs and seeing the final product come to fruition. He also enjoys creating relationships with colleagues, clients and fellow professionals in the A/E industry.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and all things outdoors. Running races, enjoying Candlewood Lake, taking part in motor vehicle road-racing events and more are all on the list of leisure activities.
