Steve has over 20 years of structural design experience. Steve came to The Di Salvo Engineering Group in May 2015 with twelve years of experience in temporary design for mass transit projects in New York City. He has an extensive background in temporary shoring design, support of excavation, underpinning design. In 2025 Steve was named a Principal of the company. His work at TDEG includes managing projects and other engineers to provide high-quality designs. He excels at developing timely solutions to obstacles arising during the construction process. Steve leads our Castle Rock, Colorado office.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle as well as enjoying the Colorado outdoors. He also enjoys snowmobiling and skiing during the winter months. Go Broncos!
