In July 2023 TDEG welcomed Matthew Jewell to the Danbury office. Matthew is a resident of Newtown, CT and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Civil Engineering.
His experience so far includes the new construction of single-family residences. He also has experience with additions to existing schools, hotels, and office building structures. Matthew also enjoys the challenge of creating sustainable and economical design and is passionate about contributing to community development through innovative engineering solutions.
Some hobbies Matt enjoys outside of work is lifting weights and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also likes to spend time with family and travel.
