Project Details
Within walking distance to the center of Bethel, this new multi-family residence is a three-story, 34,000 square foot wood-framed building with a total of 26 apartment units. All apartments have open floor plans and there is a shared clubroom for the tenants.
The site was formerly a depot alongside an active railroad line and the foundation design was based on a thorough subsurface investigation program that addressed unsuitable fills previously placed throughout the site.
