Project Details
The mixed-use building at 35 Old Quarry Road in Ridgefield includes sixteen (16) apartment units over a self-storage center. The 30,000 square foot building has been designed to be environmentally-friendly with solar panels on the roof to provide energy for the common areas of the building.
The self-storage center on the ground floor contains wide hallways with interior storage rooms. The apartment units on the two upper floors each contain two bedrooms and are served by an interior elevator and the distinctive stair tower.
