Project Details
This 30,000 square foot building includes a showroom and service center and provides a new facility for the growing car dealership. The foundation design and construction was made difficult by the presence of existing buildings slated for demolition and the discovery of unsuitable fills throughout the site. Careful coordination of the design approach with the project program resulted in a cost-effective structural system and a successful completion.
