In August, TDEG jumped on the opportunity to construct 150 sandwiches to Dorothy Day Hospitality House, located on Spring Street, Danbury, CT. The foundation is a community of volunteers providing “love, food and rest” to the fellow community in need. Dorothy Day relies upon the generosity of donations to fulfill their mission. With one of our offices within said community, TDEG joined forces to supply a day’s request of food donations. We delivered sandwiches, fruit, snacks, water bottles and cookies. The foundation and mission are heart warming. We implore you to follow suit in your communities. The experience is humbling.
