The building at 54 Wilton Road will be four stories tall, with three stories of dwelling units over the one-story parking. Units on the 2nd and 3rd floors will be one-story, with 6 out of the 8 units sharing only floors and ceilings. Fourth floor units will have an accessible roof terrace with amenities. There are beautiful views of the Saugatuck River and the complex sits close to the center of Westport.
