
Trevor Hill came to the Di Salvo Engineering Group with strong credentials. Trevor has been involved in the building construction industry for over 25 years. His experience at TDEG includes working on a wide variety of buildings across the Northeast. From custom homes and mid-rise housing, large churches and expansive public schools, to serving as on-call building engineer for high-rise and specialty engineer for sophisticated structural elements within buildings.
Trevor has been actively involved in working with the architectural community. In the past he has prepared and presented a well-attended two day continuing education seminar on the topic of structural design for architects. Currently, he is exploring an AIA/structural partnership to review the code provisions on fire ratings.
Below are some projects Trevor has been responsible for:
- Warren Harding High School, Bridgeport, CT – This new 208,000 sq. ft. school is four stories, 63 feet high with a total construction cost of $81 million.
- Central Hudson, Building 808, Poughkeepsie, NY – Project involves a two +/- 200-person office building above a high-bay Motor Vehicle Repair Garage, approximately 36,000 square feet.
- Highland Meadows Senior Residence, Beacon, NY – This was a renovation and reconstruction of an existing three-story hospital totaling 73,600 square feet.
- Hudson River HealthCare, Peekskill, NY – This project included adding on a 5,200 sq. ft. new building between an existing three-story structure and adjacent one-story former service station.
