Project Details
This project was two-fold. The scope of work included a complete renovation of the existing auditorium including a new main balcony and side balcony. Along with that is a new entrance hall with landscaping. The second phase of the renovation was to existing classrooms throughout the building.
The challenges included working with the existing structure and enabling the allowance to be able to support new cantilevered balconies without obstructing views. Renovations included careful attention to detail in the removal of existing walls and other elements that could affect overall stability of the building.
This state-of-the-art renovation was a 7.5 million dollar project.
