Description:
This 25,000 square foot,
wood-framed, residence features a curved stairway in a large entry hall as
well as an elevator that serves all four levels. The large spaces of the
Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room and Entry have intermediate spans of
25 to 31 feet. Temporary bracing was engineered to preserve a portion of an
existing historic facade and chimney that were incorporated into the final
house design.
