Description:
The new medical office building at 79 Sandpit Road is part of a complex of medical buildings on Sandpit Road in Danbury.  The building is three stories and steel-framed Type 2C construction, with an enclosed area of approximately 32,400 square feet.  

In addition to physicians and specialty medical practices the building is home for Danbury Hospital’s Children’s Health and Wellness Center, the only child-centered specialty clinic in western Connecticut.
