Description:

The new 14,000 square foot, two-story, town hall for Warren, CT is built to meet Silver LEED Certification standards.  The building faces south with ten inch, thick walls to accommodate layered insulation.  Thick paned windows and radiant heated floors are also features incorporated in the design to save energy.  The roof is designed for photo voltaic panels to be added at a later date.   The town hall is on schedule to be completed by March 2010.
