Description:
Since 1992, The Di Salvo Ericson Group has served as structural engineer for various projects that accommodated tenant changes, base building improvements and renovations at 1251 Avenue of the Americas.

Projects have included: adding a 15,000 sf retail mezzanine; renovating the underground subway-level building entry; creating and closing stair openings; installing a new elevator; assisting in removing a column; reinforcing floors for masonry partitions and new mechanical and electrical equipment; adding rooftop units; adding a rooftop generator penthouse and numerous other studies and investigations.
