Description:
The Heritage Center is multi-use community of luxury condominiums and commerical spaces for offices and shops. It is designed on a new development concept called Smart Growth. Smart Growth encourages easy pedestrian access among residences, shops and offices, and the incorporation of the existing infrastructure of town or village center into the plan of the development. This type of development is designed to allow people to live, work and shop without getting in a car. Heritage Center's plan is reminiscent of older European villages, but with the modern amenities of easy access to two golf courses, an existing hotel/ conference center, and to the outside world through built-in, state-of-the-art fiber optic communications capability.

The Heritage Center is comprised of six, three-story, steel and concrete buildings. Two of the buildings provide office and retail space and four are residential. Each residential building is made up of twelve luxury condominiums.
