Description:
The new two-story, 73,000 square foot Hamilton Avenue School is being built on the site of the present elementary school. The 1911 building facade facing Hamilton Avenue will be preserved and existing facade elements incorporated into the exterior of the new school. The new underground parking area of approximately 26,000 sf will be outside of the new building footprint and will have a landscaped roof with the school bus drive and turnaround. Estimated cost $19 Million.
