This project involved the complete re-structuring of a 200-foot long, four-story section of parking garage and rooftop planted plaza to make room for a dramatic and impressive new entry.
The most difficult structural engineering challenge was to systematically phase the work on our plans. This sequencing enabled the contractor to safely remove the original perimeter columns and install a new support system wihout costly shoring.
