Description:
The Eli Whitney Technical High School is a fifty-year old facility. It is a complex of four, contiguous, one and two-story buildings and will be expanded and renovated in phases over a three-year period. Phasing the project over three years will allow the school to continue in service during construction.

One building and part of two others will be demolished. The remaining 142,000 square feet will be renovated. New construction will total 125,000 square feet. The total cost of construction is planned at $ 53 Million.

The Di Salvo Ericson Group conducted a feasibility study and provided schematic designs for the project and is currently designing the structure for the additions and renovations.
