Description:
The addition to the Cendant Mobility Headquarters building is a four-story, 137,000 square foot, "L" shaped, wing that doubles the size of the original building. The addition is steel-framed, with a slab on grade foundation. The construction cost for this project was $18 million.
The Di Salvo Ericson Group performed the structural design, drafting and construction administration for this project. The structural drawings were completed in only two months to meet an accelerated construction schedule.
