Projects have included: adding a 15,000 sf retail mezzanine; renovating the underground subway-level building entry; creating and closing stair openings; installing a new elevator; assisting in removing a column; reinforcing floors for masonry partitions and new mechanical and electrical equipment; adding rooftop units; adding a rooftop generator penthouse and numerous other studies and investigations.
